BLO-OUT is an advanced delivery system to generate chlorine dioxide with a purity of 95+%. BLO-OUT does not generate chlorine, chlorate, chlorite or chloride. The active biocidal substance is chlorine dioxide (ClO2).

BLO-OUT is an easy-to-use liquid, in a two part system A (precursor) and B (activator).
Mixing quantities of A and B in equal proportions generates chlorine dioxide on-site of targeted concentrations. The concentrated solution can further be diluted to obtain the required dilutions.
This process requires no energy input or handling of chemicals and facilitates transportation to the remote areas as well.
