In 1998, SGI founded in New Delhi. Commenced production of PVC Sleeves.
In 1999, Manufacturing of PVC Compounds started for self use & for supply to Cable Manufacturers.
In 2002, Bought Big Land in Chopanki, Rajasthan for expansion.
In 2003, Production facilities shifted from New Delhi to Rajasthan. Started manufacturing of Cable Markers and Spiral Sleeves.
In 2004, SGI obtained ISO 9001:2000 accreditation for its Management Systems.
In 2008, Plant setup for manufacturing of Cable Ducts. Constructed Area increased to 12000 sq.ft. CE Certification obtained for most of the products. Expanded into overseas markets.
In 2010, Acquired new machines to meet growing Demand of all products.
In 2011, SGI Plans diversification into consumer wiring accessories. Covered Area of unit increased to 18000 sq ft. New modern machines installed for manufacturing Rigid PVC Conduit Pipes & Fittings and PVC Mini Trunking & Ducting Systems.
